Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, solving problems, and contributing to the success of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to grow professionally in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Accountant, you will: Assist with a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cost Accounting . Perform daily accounting operations, including processing financial transactions and reconciling accounts. Prepare, review, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist the General Accounting Manager with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . Experience 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience strongly preferred. Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel . Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
