Your Impact As a core member of the finance team, your work will span from essential daily accounting to high-level strategic projects.

Financial Foundation:

Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.

Systems Innovation:

Play a key role in our transition to a new ERP system , providing accounting expertise, testing processes, and ensuring data integrity.

Strategic Budgeting:

Partner with site management on annual budget planning, including forecasted spend, CAPEX , and production volumes.

Cost Management:

Oversee year-over-year cost adjustments and manage updates to standard costs.

Global Collaboration:

Work alongside regional finance and operational teams to ensure consistency across our international footprint.

Leadership Support:

Provide functional support and analysis for site and senior leadership on special projects. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient but also possesses the "soft skills" necessary to navigate a large, international organization.

Requirements Education & Knowledge:

Strong command of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Communication:

Ability to collaborate across different regions and business lines effectively.

Mindset:

A "growth mindset" with a willingness to support various functions beyond traditional accounting. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Prolonged periods of computer-based work and sitting.
