Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates. Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Perform general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Interpret financial reports and provide insights to clients regarding their tax positions. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Assist in the training and development of junior staff members. Support the consulting division with forensic accounting as needed.
