Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Network TwentyOne International currently has a permanent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Staff Accountant to join their team. This role plays a part in the production of financial statements, cash flow projections, budgets and related functions. This is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity in the Suwanee, Georgia area, at a company where effort is rewarded.

Responsibilities include:

Work with the Controller to complete the month end, quarter end and year end closing process with minimal supervision Journal entries Budgets Professional communication Prepare general ledger account reconciliations Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements Contribute to the internal controls and procedures ensuring GAAP compliance Maintain thorough and organized records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting Experience with the following: Financial statement preparation and review General ledger Budgeting 2+ years of recent and relevant accounting Sage and Microsoft Access software preferred Ability to meet deadlines Distinguished analytical and social skills Excellent attention to detail Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges Professional communication skills If you are interested in this opportunity and possess the necessary skills and experience, please submit your resume to Jerri Barge (jbarge@network21.com) for immediate consideration.
