Accounting Coordinator D-3 Flooring Services Inc Woodstock, GA Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Paid sick time Qualifications Customer communication Accurate transaction records management Attention to detail Calendar management Organizational skills Project management software Full Job Description Accounting Coordinator Help Keep Projects Moving and the Numbers Accurate D-3 Flooring Services is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support the financial and administrative processes for our commercial and residential flooring projects. This is a in person 5 day a week position with no weekends. This role serves as a key link between operations, project management, vendors, installers, and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing project billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and compliance responsibilities. What You'll Do Manage project billing, invoicing, AIA draws, and payment documentation Track project financials, change orders, and job costing information Process customer payments and support accounts receivable collections Enter vendor invoices and process accounts payable payments Coordinate installer payments and maintain subcontractor compliance documentation Support insurance audits, licensing requirements, and other compliance activities Assist with account reconciliations and month-end financial reporting Maintain accurate records across accounting and project management systems What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or project accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes Ability to calendarize multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure timely completion Strong Excel and software proficiency Construction, flooring, or project-based accounting experience preferred Experience with AIA billing, job costing, or project financial tracking is a plus Success in This Role Take pride in accurate, detail-oriented work Enjoy keeping information organized and up to date Follow through on commitments and meet deadlines Comfortably manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
