Back To Results Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Description Bookkeeper/Accountant-Woodstock Our client (a Services company) is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Accountant to handle the following duties: Monitor the financial performance of the company Compile and analyze financial reporting packages Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures Communicate financial metrics to senior management Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel Keep up-to-date on current HR trends Balance and maintain accurate ledgers Match purchase orders with invoices Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes Salary is up to 50k plus Excellent Benefits 401k with an Employer 4% direct contribution (not a match) Health Insurance company pays half price regardless of plan type Year-end bonus Click here to apply online Share This Position Details Location Woodstock GA Date Posted 6/04/2019 Apply Processing...
