$65,000 - $80,000 per year Position Overview The Payroll Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. This role manages payroll accounting, reconciliations, payroll taxes, PTO administration, and reporting while partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations to support employees and maintain strong internal controls. What You'll Do Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll. Maintain employee payroll records, taxes, deductions, PTO, and direct deposits. Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience. Experience with payroll systems (Sage HCM utilized). Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
