Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support payroll, month-end close, and core accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, improving close efficiency, and supporting scalable growth.

$64,000 to $90,000, depending on experience What You'll Do Process payroll, including multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation in accordance with
U.S. GAAP
Support payroll-related compliance and audits Prepare GAAP-compliant month-end close schedules and assist with close activities Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Provide backup support for AR/AP functions Review and troubleshoot work prepared by accounting staff Assist with intercompany processes and cross-functional accounting support Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements Support ERP administration and testing of new accounting processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 4+ years of accounting experience, including payroll and month-end close Experience with multi-state payroll Strong understanding of
U.S. GAAP
Familiarity with internal controls and SOX concepts NetSuite experience required; advanced proficiency is a plus Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting intercompany accounting Experience with
WIP / POC
