Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations. Proficiency with accounting and tax software, as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools. Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and analysis, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; progress toward CPA licensure is preferred. Relevant internship or professional experience in public accounting or a similar environment is beneficial.
