Talento Search Group has an opening for a Bookkeeper in the Elk Grove Village, Illinois area. This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $26-30 per hour, depending on experience. The position will report to the CEO/President.

Responsibilities:

Processing of AP, AR, cash, credit, tax, payroll and other transactions as required Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate/clean ledgers - including Balance Sheets & P&Ls Issuance of customer invoices and follow up in a timely manner Ensure all database profiles are accurate and up-to-date Assist with tax filings and year-end audits Assist with other administrative activities as needed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting role Proficient with Quickbooks or similar software Strong attention to detail, communications, keeping deadlines and discretion in handling sensitive information
