In this vital role, you will manage a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will support our organization's financial health through meticulous record-keeping, analysis, and reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company that values precision, integrity, and continuous improvement. Duties Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Conduct detailed account reconciliations for general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBook. Perform journal entries and double-entry bookkeeping to record financial transactions accurately. Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation and supporting schedules. Experience Proven experience in corporate accounting or public accounting environments with a strong understanding of financial concepts. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Knowledge of GAAP standards coupled with familiarity in governmental or non-profit accounting practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis efficiently. Experience working with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex along with payroll management responsibilities is preferred. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent math proficiency for credit analysis, account analysis, and budgeting tasks. Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
