Job Description
What You'll Work On:
Sales and Cost tie-outs for US commercial between TM1, SAP and Global BI systems. Be a SME to manage the US sales and cost in these systems. Fully support the processes for Group Purchasing Organization admin fee projections and payments, royalty payments, OEM and other inventory via analysis and reconciliations. Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations prepared by third-party shared service. Review and assist in maintenance of third-party shared services & HUB Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provides on the job training (OJT) and guidance as necessary for new third-party shred services activities. Prepare analysis for the backup of Hub performed journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Efficiently manage and analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formatting, and advanced analytical tools to improve accuracy and completeness. Liaise with FP&A, CFS, and other Americas Hub team members to execute the financial close, provide guidance, and work together to improve processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and provide support for SOX and internal audit. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including CFMs. Elevate issues and recommend solutions. Operate independently within a varied and changing scope of responsibilities under some supervision. Complete special projects as assigned.Required Qualifications :
(Please add 3-4) 3-5 years of progressive financial experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this role interacts with domestic and international organizations within ADD, Shared Services in India (Genpact), Corporate, and ADD senior management.Preferred Qualifications:
CPA or MBA preferred. Audit experience preferred. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The individual must be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently. Able to work under pressure, consistently meet deadlines and direct activities on several projects at one time. Strong PC/system skills; specifically Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems quickly. The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.Benefits
