Senior Accountant:
- Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Oversee deferred revenue accounting and revenue recognition processes in compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Administer multi-state sales and use tax filings and maintain ongoing compliance requirements.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy across related accounting activities.
- Drive process improvements, documentation initiatives, and cross-functional accounting projects.
Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
