Opportunity to join a global manufacturer on one of their best performing teams Clear room for advancement About Our Client A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking an Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This role will play a key part in the monthly close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and support for internal controls and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that offers exposure to multiple business units and international operations. Job Description Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. Assist with preparation of internal and external financial reporting packages. Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances. Participate in annual audits and collaborate with external auditors. Support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Assist with cash flow reporting and various treasury-related activities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting function. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis projects. Partner with operations, supply chain, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities.
