Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay:
$72,000(minimum) - $93,000(midpoint) - $115,000(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Compliance:
An Accountant II is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all financial regulations, laws, and internal controls.
Financial analysis:
An Accountant II is responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Financial reporting:
An Accountant II is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Support:
An Accountant II may be responsible for providing support to other members of the finance team, including preparing financial reports.
Reconciliation:
An Accountant II is responsible for reconciling financial accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Key Skills:
Attention to detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
Communication:
The ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Compliance:
The ability to stay up-to-date on financial regulations and laws and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Financial reporting:
The ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Sales & Use Tax Reporting:
The ability to prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns for multiple jurisdictions. WBS Projects in SAP (Project System): The ability to create, structure, and maintain WBS elements in SAP to support project planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Other Qualifications:
US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Accounting or Finance required
Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:
