We're looking for a sharp, motivated recent accounting/finance graduate to join our team. This position is a blend of accounting and supply chain management, where you'll work with our supplier network around the world. You'll use Microsoft Business Central to post invoices, payments, transfers, and deposits; PowerBi for demand forecasting; and weekly MRP to manage inventory and logistics across two manufacturing locations. You'll get exposure to multi-currency banking, US sales tax reporting and VAT for Europe, as well as business analytics and reporting. This is a strong first role for someone who wants broad exposure — not just transactional accounting, but real involvement in how the numbers drive business decisions. What You'll Be Doing Core Accounting Manage invoices and payments to suppliers Reconcile bank accounts, including foreign-currency accounts Develop weekly cash flow plan and accounts payable schedule Manage Sales Tax collection via SureTax, and reporting to individual states Purchasing & Planning Create and manage purchase orders in Business Central for components, raw materials, and finished goods Develop and maintain demand plans in PowerBi for both manufacturing locations Monitor supplier lead times, pricing, and performance; escalate risks proactively Inventory Management Coordinate inventory allocation across manufacturing sites and international markets Monitor in-transit and on-hand inventory; flag shortages or excess before they become problems Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Logistics Coordination Coordinate ocean freight and domestic shipments across Asia, North America, and Europe. Track shipment status and proactively communicate delays Support customs, trade compliance, and documentation requirements for cross-border shipments What We're Looking For 4-Year Degree, and 0-3 years experience in accounting, finance, and/or supply chain management Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks; prioritizing with attention to detail Clear communicator, both verbal and written Positive attitude with a "jump in and help" mindset Strong computer and keyboard skills (Excel and MS Office) Solid understanding of debits/credits, reconciliations, and basic GAAP concepts Comfortable working with numbers across currencies and international entities Analytical mindset — curious about
