Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare organization in search of an Accountant to support core financial operations for a small and very tenured team. This role is well suited for an individual who can manage routine accounting activities while helping maintain accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate brings solid experience with close processes, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactionsSupport revenue tracking and financial reporting processesPrepare and process accounts payableMaintain capital asset records and schedulesServe as backup for bi-weekly payroll processingAssist with audit preparation and related documentationProvide support for budgeting and financial planning activitiesHelp prepare materials and provide support for board meetingsCollaborate closely with the CFO and small accounting team on day-to-day financial operations
