Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provides assistance in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger. This includes the recording, balancing, and reporting of revenues / receipts, expenditures, fixed assets and reconciliation of numerous balance sheet accounts. Other responsibilities include assisting with the annual audit, monthly status reports, month-end closings, unclaimed property reporting, investment analysis, miscellaneous billings, rental contracts, lease accounting, CAM, and the annual budgeting process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional/Educational Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred. Two to four years minimum professional accounting experience required. Working knowledge of GAAP is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word CPA preferred. Personal Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Open to change and willing to learn new skills. Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
