We are searching for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services department. This role will be based in Naperville supporting Pension Fund clients. The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000, with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time Essential job duties: Perform bank reconciliations Compile monthly reporting Prepare of year-end financial statements Prepare general ledger entries
Attend Pension Fund Board Meeting Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or applicable work experience Strong communication and analytical skills Strong attention to detail with quality work Good time management skills Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience EOE/M/F/D/V/SO
