We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various activities and operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Maintain and update spreadsheets. Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients as needed. Timesheet Review and approval Employee expense report review and approval for reimbursement Other various Accounting related tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
