Job Title:
Property Accountant Pay:
$35hr- $40.00/hour

Contract-to-Hire Location:
Oak Brook, IL (Fully Onsite) Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements for assigned properties. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, tenant receivables, and operating expenses while investigating and resolving variances. Partner with Property Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting support, and timely resolution of accounting issues. Review accounts payable activity, maintain fixed asset records, and support year-end audits and financial reporting. #AO9
