We are a boutique CPA firm supporting a wide range of clients. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. The accounting associate is an overall bookkeeper position who would be providing back office support to a diverse book of clients, ensuring variety in your day to day. You would be working directly for owners who value your contributions, growth and development. Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Execute daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, data entry and client invoicing. Support clients using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, ComputerEase and others. Conduct various account reconciliations in order to maintain precise financial records for our clients. Participate in preparation of financials, schedules and supporting documentation for clients undergoing reviews and audits. Support month end closing procedures. Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have equivalent experience. 2-3 years of combined experience working in an accounting department. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborative and participatory approach within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
