Junior Accountant

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on corporate accounting and financial management. Duties Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded Assist with and prepare cash management transactions for accurate and timely recording Support shared processes to assist with recording fixed assets, prepaids, etc. Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and standards Support ad-hoc projects, system improvements, and process documentation Skills Bachelor's Degree CPA eligibility preferred Three or more years of related experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
