Job Description:
We are partnering with a high-growth real estate development and construction organization on a newly created Senior Accountant opening due to company expansion. This is a highly visible role within a lean accounting team supporting multiple entities across development, construction, and operations. The environment is hands-on and entrepreneurial, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving structure, and having direct exposure to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own GL accounting and help stabilize month-end close processes
  • Support development, property, and construction accounting activities
  • Assist with WIP, percentage-of-completion accounting, and project cost tracking
  • Partner on budget vs. actual reporting, cash flow visibility, and process improvements
  • Support multiple entities including development projects and a growing internal construction business
What They're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of accounting experience within real estate, construction, development, or property accounting
  • Strong month-end close and reconciliations experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high visibility
  • Yardi experience preferred; candidates with Procore + QuickBooks experience also encouraged to apply
