We are looking for a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of accounting functions and financial tasks. They will be responsible for assisting in the month end close process performing various reconciliations, corporate accounting reports, and inter-company tie-outs.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting activities and record journal entries Assist with inventory tracking and recording Inter-company transactions and tying out at month end Reconciling the company's bank statement and cash transactions Perform month end reconciliations Assist with other finance/accounting positions, as needed

Qualifications:

Required Degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting Focus Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge in excel Must be able to multi-task Preferred 4-Year accounting degree Previous accounting experience Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers .
