Type:

full-time Stevanato Group is a global leader in glass containment and drug delivery solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and our Fishers site is growing fast. We're looking for a Senior Accountant who loves clean reconciliations, thrives on deadlines, and wants to play a real role in how a modern manufacturing operation manages its investments.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll support month end close and budgeting activities, with a focus on reconciling Fixed Assets and Assets Under Construction and monitoring labor costs. You'll be a key partner in keeping our books accurate, our controls strong, and our reporting on time. Manage the full Fixed Asset lifecycle and ensure every investment receives the right accounting treatment. Monitor and control labor costs, including periodic payroll reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX) and accounting standards. Support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Contribute to yearly budgeting and periodic forecasting. Maintain and review financial master data, including projects, asset tags, and accounting mapping schemes. Help prepare and analyze the periodic Reporting Package. Support quarterly and yearly SOX activities and audit preparation. Take part in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or economics. 5+ years of experience accounting, preferably within manufacturing Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Hands on experience with accounting reconciliations. A dynamic, proactive approach and the ability to work well under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Why join us?
