This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in property accounting while partnering with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned properties. Ensure accuracy of property-level accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Partner with property managers and leadership to explain financial results and variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Identify accounting discrepancies, process improvements, and internal control enhancements. Support month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience within property management, real estate, or commercial/residential property environments. Strong understanding of property financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in Excel and accounting/property management software (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar preferred). Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both accounting and operations teams.
