Job Description

Essential Functions/Duties:

Support manufacturing operations Assist with costing production material Analyze monthly results Forecast monthly spending and variances Annual budget analysis/preparation Assist with Physical Inventory preparation/analysis Support the month end close processes Complete journal entries Complete account recons Complete monthly reporting Assist with project tracking Miscellaneous analysis Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED

knowledge/skills/abilities and other minimum qualifications: Bachelors Accounting, Business, Finance 0 to 3 years Accounting / Finance experience Cost Accounting experience a plus Strong attention to details Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels Ability to perform duties in a timely manner Follow-through on tasks and assignments Microsoft Excel proficiency Willing to learn and grow in skills and knowledge Preferred Qualifications Familiar with ERP systems (QAD) OneStream Financial System 3 years experience in Accounting Data Analysis tools - SQL / Cyberquery /

Data Cubes Requirements:

Preferences CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CPA candidate Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
