Position Overview:

The Senior Accountant will support the finance team in managing the accounting functions for multifamily real estate and construction projects. The role requires solid technical skills, industry knowledge, and proficiency in Yardi.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements for multifamily assets Manage construction draw schedules, job cost accounting, and capital expenditures Oversee general ledger functions and ensure timely month-end closings Coordinate audit processes and support tax preparation activities Improve internal processes and workflows across accounting operations Utilize Yardi for property accounting, reporting, and data management

Qualifications:
