What You'll Do:
Engagement Execution Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements, contributing to high-quality client deliverables. Audit and Testing Perform detailed audit procedures, including testing of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Financial Reporting Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Client Support Serve as a resource to clients by assisting with reconciliations, answering accounting questions, and identifying process improvements. Technical Problem Solving Research and resolve accounting and audit issues as they arise, applying sound judgment and technical knowledge. Documentation Excellence Maintain clear, well-organized workpapers that support audit conclusions and meet professional standards. Collaboration and Delivery Work closely with managers and team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output. Relationship Building Develop strong client relationships through consistent, professional communication and reliable service.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5–15 years of public accounting experience (audit experience preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards Experience with accounting and audit software (CaseWare, CCH, or similar tools is a plus) CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Core Strengths for
