Join Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS as an Accounting Associate and become an important part of our Finance team. In this role, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in accounting, reporting, and business operations. Whether you're an early-career accounting professional or have office accounting experience and are ready for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As an Accounting Associate, you'll support our Finance team by: Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed What You Bring Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience Previous office or administrative experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills Experience working with an ERP system is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A commitment to providing outstanding service to internal and external customers Why Join Husqvarna Construction?
