Job Description

The Accessories Cost Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate accessory cost accounting through proper markings and transaction management within D365. Scope and Responsibilities Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Proactively supports a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Maintain and manage accessory cost markings within D365 to ensure accurate cost allocation and accounting.
  • Utilize purchasing ERP systems and internal databases to track, maintain, and communicate accessory cost information.
  • Support supervisors and managers by compiling and providing cost-related reports and data as requested.
  • Work closely with Accounting and Sales departments to ensure accurate cost reporting and transaction processing.
  • Assist with tracking accessory purchase orders, internal orders, and inventory status.
  • Create spreadsheets and reports to support accessory department operations and cost visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accessory costing activities. Education/Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems; D365 experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with multiple databases and systems simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in costing coordination, accounting support, bookkeeping, or ERP transaction processing preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
