W2 JOB SUMMARY
Possible extension depending on team workload, but not guaranteed Onsite Tues through Thursday, remote
Monday and Friday Overview:
Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments and stock-based compensation, and oversees intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets; provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related d Service Centers
  • Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX related entries as needed for responsible markets
  • Manage EID & stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets
  • Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets
  • Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed
