Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to financial planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A/R, A/P, billing, general ledger, inventory, and cost accounting Lead the month-end and year-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and present insights to leadership Prepare and file financial data for regulatory, tax, and licensing compliance Monitor and support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable financial regulations Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and manage payment cycles to vendors and internal stakeholders Support audits and ensure readiness for internal and external financial reviews Provide financial guidance on cost control, pricing analysis, and margin improvement Evaluate trends and support cross-departmental projects that drive efficiency and reduce costs Manage and mentor accounting team members; set goals and streamline processes for better performance
Qualifications:
Degree in accounting, preferably CPA designation 5+ years of experience as an accountant, in a manufacturing environment Experience in a supervisory role Experience with D365 and ERP platforms
