Job Description

Baldwin CPAs, PLLC is a growing, locally owned public accounting firm serving clients across Kentucky. We are seeking a Tax and Audit Associate Accountant to join our team. Essential Job Duties Participate in audits, reviews, and compilations Prepare financial statements and related workpapers Collaborate with engagement teams and attend planning meetings Prepare tax returns Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Public accounting or audit and tax experience preferred CPA or CPA‑eligible encouraged Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail Why Baldwin CPAs Supportive, people‑first firm culture Career development and CPA exam support Competitive compensation and benefits Flexible work options and work‑life balance One Firm mindset built on trust, growth, and accountability This position can be work in any of our offices in Flemingsburg, Maysville, Richmond, Lexington, or Louisville, Kentucky.
