Join our team and help build a legacy while building your career. Duties Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage accounts payable processes using financial software such as QuickBooks. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Conduct detailed data entry and Excel data analysis to identify discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AP processes, commissions calculation, and financial analysis projects to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of GAAP standards, technical accounting principles, and financial concepts. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management. Excellent numeracy skills combined with attention to detail for account reconciliation and journal entries. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational skills. Experience with account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices.
