This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in property accounting. You will assist in managing day-to-day financial tasks and lease administration while growing your skills within our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Yardi Support:
Assist in performing basic property accounting functions within the Yardi platform, including entering accounts receivable and accounts payable. •
Lease Entry:
Help review, enter, and track tenant leases, security deposits, and rent charges in the system. •
Financial Assistance:
Assist with bank reconciliations, monthly data entry, and gathering documentation for financial reports. •
Vendor & Tenant Relations:
Handle basic inquiries regarding billing and process vendor invoices accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Prior internship experience in accounting, finance, or real estate is a strong plus. •
Yardi Knowledge:
Basic knowledge, familiarity, or conceptual understanding of Yardi Systems (Voyager or Breeze) is required (obtained through courses, self-learning, or academic projects). •
Skills:
Fast learner, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the industry. •
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. How to
