  • Genuine future Partnership pathway as part of the firm's upcoming succession planning About the Role You will work with a diverse portfolio of sophisticated clients, taking responsibility for both compliance and advisory engagements.
You'll have the opportunity to work on complex structures and provide commercially focused advice, while collaborating closely with experienced senior team members.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing relationships with high-net-worth families and professional services clients
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and management accounts
  • Providing advice across complex tax planning and structuring matters
  • Working with complex group structures involving companies, trusts and other entities
  • Assisting clients with succession planning and broader strategic decisions
  • Advising on residency and other complex taxation matters
  • Providing management accounting and financial reporting support
  • Working alongside senior team members on complex advisory engagements
  • Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior accountants
  • Becoming a trusted adviser and developing long-term client relationships About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • 4+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Strong Business Services and Tax experience
  • CA/CPA qualified or actively progressing towards qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge with an interest in complex tax advisory
  • Experience working with companies, trusts and complex group structures
  • Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated clients
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
