Job Description:

We are working with a publicly traded company that is looking for a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting, month end close, financial reporting, and more. This is a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee global accounting functionality in accordance with US GAAP. Review company financial statements and provide commentary on financial results. Review and analyze various quarterly SEC filings. Manage quarterly external audits. Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues. Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures. Maintain overall compliance with SOX standards. Ad-hoc projects. Experience Requirements BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar 5+ years of overall accounting experience Experience working for a large public accounting firm preferred CPA preferred
