Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly close activities by preparing entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Maintain and analyze prepaid balances, including amortization schedules and supporting documentation for accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting by recording additions, tracking depreciation, and reconciling asset-related balances.
- Review and support general ledger activity to ensure transactions are properly classified and aligned with accounting standards.
- Help build and organize accounting workflows and system structure within AX Dynamics to support effective financial operations.
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to improve accuracy across the financial statements.
