full-time Senior Fund Accountant (Private Debt) | Boston | Hybrid A leading alternative investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Finance to join its growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for a Big 4 accounting professional with private credit/debt experience to transition into an in-house fund finance role with significant exposure to complex investment structures and alternative credit strategies.

Compensation:

$100,000-125,000 + bonus

Schedule:

Onsite 3 days/week What You'll Do Review fund NAVs, financial statements, capital activity, and reporting prepared by third-party fund administrators Support monthly and quarterly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Review management fees, fund expenses, accruals, and performance allocations Support accounting for complex debt investments, including PIK, OID, restructurings, amendments, and valuation adjustments Coordinate with administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and offshore teams Partner with Investment, Tax, Valuation, Operations, Legal, and Investor Relations teams Help strengthen internal controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience CPA required Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred , particularly candidates with alternative investment, asset management, private equity, or private credit clients Private Debt experience is required Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and investment fund accounting For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at Klucey@daleyaa.com
