Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll for employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including accurate payroll tax reporting.
• Maintain and update payroll records, addressing discrepancies and resolving employee inquiries.
• Prepare and review payroll-related reports, including summaries and audit documentation.
• Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing updates as required.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle any payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments in accordance with legal requirements.
