Job Description

Job Overview Randall Bennett & Co. Inc. is small, privately owned company established in 1982. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our financial team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haverhill, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for complex tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will uphold the highest standards of integrity and accuracy in all tax reporting activities. Duties:
The successful candidate will handle tax compliance and preparation Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Work with clients to provide accounting and tax solutions Monitor updates to tax laws Provide insights to support client financial decisions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation Experience in general Tax-related functions and processes Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or eligibility is preferred Proficiency in accounting software and tools, preferably Ultratax Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum four years of experience
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
