Your Key Responsibilities:
Understand performance expectations; plan, organize, and complete work efficiently within assigned budgets and timeframes. Develop awareness of the Firm's vision, business strategies, business plan, and personal role in supporting firm goals. Build technical competence through degree completion, CPA-track development, on-the-job learning, and formal training opportunities. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and report data accurately using relevant technology, systems, and processes. Document findings clearly and concisely, expressing ideas effectively in written and verbal communication. Develop effective client relationships by understanding client needs, expectations, assignments, backgrounds, and service priorities. Seek feedback, set and monitor career goals with senior team members, and actively pursue growth aligned with the competency model. Work cooperatively in teams, share information, contribute ideas, support peers, and maintain strong listening and communication skills. Develop working knowledge of the Firm's full range of services, systems, processes, knowledge resources, and sales/marketing approach. Build internal and external professional networks and participate in school visits, recruiting efforts, retention initiatives, and community involvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required; MST, MSA, MBA or other industry-related graduate degree is a plus CPA or CPA track Strong problem-solving, logic, and reasoning capabilities Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills A demonstrated ability to remain organized and prioritize under time-sensitive and challenging conditions High proficiency in technology and applicable software programs, efficient in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented, fast learner Collaborative team player Management experience is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment What we offer
