full-time Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing manufacturing company on a new Cost Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have a strong cost accounting background, experience working in larger sized companies, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Set Standard Costs of Operations. Responsible Inventory valuation and controls. Value and help to oversee inventory. Support month-end-close process. Oversee SOX controls. Responsible for financial analysis. Assist in budgeting/ forecasting process. Provide support to the new ERP system implementation. Continuously look for ways to improve workflow, efficiency and streamline processes and controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree. Cost accounting/manufacturing industry experience. Experience with a variety of ERP systems. Strong communication skills.
