Job Description
Back Part-Time Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Lowell , Massachusetts Perm 35 Oct 5, 2026 $35.00 - $45.00 KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Lowell, MA area looking for a Part-Time Staff Accountant to join their team. This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Handle AP and AR, including invoice processing, customer payments and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with cash forecasting
- Support annual audits, 1099s and other general accounting functions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience and/or an Accounting degree
- Strong general accounting and Excel skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
