Job Description
- Manage all day-to-day banking activities, including cash positioning and account monitoring.
- Prepare and process bank transfers, ACH transactions, wires, and positive pay activities.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor cash balances and provide cash reporting to management. Accounts Receivable Support
- Partner closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely application of customer payments.
- Assist with cash posting, payment research, and account reconciliations.
- Support collection efforts by researching customer account activity and payment history.
- Help resolve customer payment discrepancies and unapplied cash items.
- Provide backup support for AR functions as needed. Ad Hoc Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in special accounting, reporting, and operational projects.
- Support process improvement initiatives across accounting and finance functions.
- Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and testing activities.
- Develop and maintain reports, schedules, and financial analyses as assigned. Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, or related finance experience.
- Experience with cash management and bank reconciliations preferred.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system proficiency.
Pay:
