This role will be focused on AR matters and trade deductions to support their business.
Additional details include:
Research trade deduction backup to validate or dispute deductions Process approved deductions by creating and posting credit memos Create monthly accruals and reconcile deductions Partner with Sales and FP&A to validate deductions against approved trade plans and customer agreements Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to investigate and resolve deductions Generate regular deduction reporting by customer Support audit requests Ensure deduction workflows follow internal controls and documentation standards Identify opportunities to streamline processes Requirements 2+ years of accounting or finance experience with prior exposure to trade deductions in a consumer goods company preferred. Working knowledge of trade promotions Experience with cash application, credit memo processing, and general ledger reconciliations Strong communication skills Intermediate Excel skills
