Reporting to the CFO, this newly created position will lead project accounting and financial analysis efforts, providing insights that support operational decision-making and drive profitable growth
The Opportunity:

Project Controller Key Responsibilities:
Lead project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability analysis. Own WIP reporting, revenue recognition, monthly close support, and project cash flow forecasting. Partner with project managers to develop budgets, validate estimates, and drive informed financial decision-making. Monitor project performance, identify cost overruns and margin risks, and implement corrective actions. Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level dashboards to leadership. Improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and ERP utilization while supporting integration efforts tied to company growth and acquisitions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or project accounting experience, preferably within construction, electrical contracting, or a project-based environment. Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with ERP systems and project management platforms with integrated job-costing functionality. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with operations and executive leadership. #LI-MV1 #
