Job Description:

Tax Accountant - Norwell, MA Our client, a professional services organization in the accounting space, is seeking a Tax Accountant to assist with core tax and accounting functions during a high-volume period. This role focuses on supporting tax preparation efforts while maintaining accurate financial records for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business tax filings in accordance with applicable guidelines Support general accounting functions and maintain organized financial records Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and reconcile financial data for client accounts Assist with managing financial information using accounting software systems Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables Qualifications 2+ years of experience in tax preparation within a public accounting or similar environment Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Familiarity with corporate and partnership tax filings (e.g., Forms 1120 and 1065) preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
